Return Policy
Return & Exchange Request Conditions:
- Return can only be accepted when the product have manufacturing defects.
- Manufacturing defects covers the following - Dirt, stitching, cut, buttons, faulty zippers or any kind of machine faults.
- Before placing a request of return or exchange customer should send the parcel opening video when received from us.
- If return is based on size or measurement then the shipping would be chargable to customer. As we have measurement chart attached to every design. So please order accordingly.
- Exchange eligibility: We only offer an exchange for domestic orders. The item(s) requested for exchange should be unused, unwashed, unworn and must be returned with all its packaging and tags.
- We provide detailed product descriptions for every outfit along with its colour, fit, wash care and other details. However, due to differences in every gadget’s display settings, colours, etc., there might be a slight colour difference. Therefore, we will not be able to entertain or accept exchange requests under colour difference, fabric material, quality, etc.
- Note- The validity of exchanging the product is only 15days from the date of receiving the parcel. Example- Order Date- 1 June 2024, Parcel receiving date is 7th June 2024, The 15 days will be counted from 7th June 2024.
- Note- Exchanges are only allowed if any kind of defect is there in the article.
- We follow "NO RETURN & EXCHANGE" POLICY except the defective case.
- Note- before ordering the article please do carefully check the size, colour, handwork and other details etc. their is size chart attached to every article.
- Before placing an order if you still have any query please do contact the customer care number and avoid ordering wrong article. ( Not mandatory, this is only to help the customer)
- Note- once you receive the parcel please make the "UNCUT AND UN-EDITED" video of the parcel. This is the mandatory requirement to file for a return. if you are unable to provide the defects in the video while opening the parcel video we wont be able to provide any kind of exchange and return.
- To minimise the error like defects, dirt, cut, missing handwork; we have checking team, who check each and every article two times. So we are extremely careful while packing the orders before dispatching the order. So please do make a parcel opening video to prove your claim.
Exchange Process:
- After the payment has been done, our customer support team shall initiate the reverse pickup via trusted courier services.
- Once the product is received in our warehouse, it goes under the quality inspection department and once it is approved, we dispatch the requested (new) size to you within 7-10 working days.
- Exchanges for size will only be done once per order and multiple exchanges of products on the same order will not be entertained.
- There may be certain cases when the requested product size may not be available in our inventory. For such instances, our customer support team informs you about the same and shall issue a credit note for the total item(s) amount.
- Validity of Credit voucher issued for exchange will be valid for 60 days.
Cancellation:
Terms of order cancellation by customer and/or by Lavish Fashion.
We offer you the ease of cancellation of your prepaid and COD orders within 24 hours of order placement. In the case of prepaid orders, we can either offer you a credit note of the same amount or replace the ordered item with another product of the same amount.

We also reserve the right to cancel or not accept certain customer orders due to various reasons that may include reasons such as unavailability of fabrics/raw materials, wrong product listing or pricing on the website, and intimation by our analytics team for payment-related or fraudulent practices issues, etc. In the case where prepaid orders are cancelled by Lavish Fashion, we shall refund the complete amount of the order in their registered bank account with us. We shall inform the customer about the same via mail on their registered email ID. Our decision to accept or cancel shall remain final and binding.
Credit note: Validity of Credit voucher issued for order cancellation will be valid for 60 days.
Any cancellations after placing prepaid orders will be charged for 2-3% (as payment gateway charges)
